Location List

This page describes the Location List report in the Stock module.

The Locations List report is a list of the stock Locations recorded in the Locations setting, showing name, manager's name, address etc.

When printed to screen, the Location List has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/macOS) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Location Code in the report to open the corresponding record in the Locations setting.

Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module
Range Reporting    Alpha
If you need to print the details of a particular Location or range of Locations, enter the Location Code(s) here.

Include Closed
By default, Locations that you have marked as Closed will not be included in the report. Select this option if you would like them to be included.
