The Item/Delivery Mode Statistics report is a list of Delivery Modes, showing the number of units and the total value of those units delivered using each one during the report period.

Period

Paste Special Reporting Periods setting, System module

Enter the start and end date of the report period, separated by a colon (:).The statistics in the report will be compiled from Deliveries dated during the period that you specify here. The first record in the Reporting Periods setting will be offered as the default.

Delivery Modes

Paste Special Delivery Modes setting, Sales Orders module

Range Reporting Alpha

Specify here the Delivery Modes that are to be included in the report.

Function

Use these options to specify the level of detail that you need to be shown in the report.

Overview

The Overview version of the report is a list of Delivery Modes showing the number of units and the total value of those units delivered using each one during the report period. For example, if you have delivered 10 x Item 10101 and 15 x Item 10102 using a particular Delivery Mode, the report will show that you have delivered 25 units. The total value will be calculated using the Row FIFO figures on flip C of each Delivery.

Detailed

The Detailed version of the report is similar to the Overview but additionally shows the number of units and total value of each Item delivered using each Delivery Mode.

Status

Use these options to specify whether the statistics in the report are to be compiled from Deliveries that have or have not been marked as OK or both.
