When you enter Activities, you can record notes and comments in the grid on the 'Text' card. If you define various standard texts in this setting, you can access them from the grid in the Activity record using 'Paste Special', reducing the typing load.

The 'Text Types: Browse' window lists the available Text Types: to enter a new item, click the [New] button in the Button Bar. The 'Text Type: New' window appears: enter the details as appropriate and click [Save] to save the new record.
