Item Groups

It can be practical to organise Items of similar kinds into Item Groups. This option gives you more flexibility in reporting.

To work with Item Groups, first select 'Settings' from the File menu or click the [Settings] button in the Master Control panel. Double-click 'Item Groups' in the 'Settings' list. Then click [New] to open a new record, or double-click an existing record to modify it.

Enter the code or number identifying this Item Group. You can use any combination of letters and numbers. There is a maximum of five characters.

Name

Enter the name or description of the Item Group.
