Operations Menu - Stock Depreciation - Stock Depreciation Status

This page describes the 'Stock Depreciation Status' function on the Operations menu in the Stock Depreciation record window. If you are using iOS or Android, the 'Stock Depreciation Status' function is on the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon).

The 'Stock Depreciation Status' command will be useful when a Stock Depreciation record needs to go through an approval process before you can mark it as OK. If you need to monitor the approval process for a particular Stock Depreciation record, open the Stock Depreciation record in a record window and then select 'Stock Depreciation Status' from the Operations menu (or Tools menu if you are using iOS or Android). A report will be printed to screen, listing any Approval Request Activities that have been created from the Stock Depreciation record and the status of each one. Please refer to the description of the Approval Status field in the header of the Stock Depreciation window for brief details about the approval process and here for full details.
