Another useful function built in to all FirstOffice's reports is the option to search for a text string in a report. The search string may contain any combination of letters and digits occurring in the report.

In this example you might want to search for the Nominal Ledger Transaction resulting from Invoice 970017. Enter "970017" into the Search field on the right of the Button Bar and press the Enter key. FirstOffice will search for the first text string in the report that matches the search word, scroll the report to the position where the text was found, and highlight the text. Pressing the Enter key again repeats the process finding the next match.
