Introduction to the Sales Orders Module

The Sales Orders module is used for entering orders from and making shipments to Customers. The module is integrated with the Quotations module (Quotations can be converted to Orders), with the Sales Ledger (Orders are converted to Invoices), with the Stock module (shipments are created), and with the Job Costing module (Items can be shipped from the Sales Orders module and charged to a Project).
