Proforma Deliveries

This page describes the Proforma Deliveries form in the Stock module.

The Proforma Deliveries form is similar to the Delivery Notes and Picking Lists forms, but allows you to print Deliveries using an alternative Form Template.

Delivery No.

Range Reporting    Numeric

Enter a Delivery Number to print a single Delivery, or a range of Delivery Numbers separated by a colon (:). You must enter a Delivery Number or range of Delivery Numbers: if you leave this field empty, no forms will be printed.

Sort Key

Use these options to specify the order in which the Proforma Deliveries will be printed.

When designing the Form Template that will be used by the Proforma Deliveries form, the fields that you can use are the same as the ones you can use in the Form Template for the Delivery Notes form. Please refer here for a list of the header fields and here for the row fields.
