The Rental Revenue report is a list of open Rental Reservations showing the expected revenue from each one. An open Rental Reservation in this context is one that has not been marked as Done and in which the In quantity (on the 'Status' card) is blank (i.e. the Reservation has no connected Items In records that have been marked as Accepted).

Period: Paste Special Reporting Periods setting, System module; The report will not include Rental Reservations that start after the period that you specify here.
Location: Paste Special Locations setting, Stock module; Default taken from Person record of current user; If you need the report to list Rental Reservations with a particular Location, specify that Location here.

The report includes the following figures:

Invoiced: The value of rental charges that have already been invoiced.
Charged not Invoiced: The value of rental charges that have been added to the governing Agreement but that have not been invoiced yet.
Forecast: The value of charges from the current date to the end of the report period that have not yet been added to the governing Agreement.

The End Date of a Reservation will not be shown if it is after the end of the report period.
