The Inspection Status report is a list of all Rental Item Inspection records that have not been marked as OK. You can therefore use the report to produce a list of the Rental Item Inspections that you are currently carrying out or need to carry out.

Person: Paste Special Person register, System module and Global User register, Technics module; To list Rental Item Inspection records that have been assigned to a particular Person, enter that Person's Signature here. A Rental Item Inspection record will have been assigned to a particular Person if that Person's Signature is included in the Tested By field in that record.; You can also specify the Signatures of a number of Persons separated by commas, in which case the report will only show Rental Item Inspections featuring all the Persons listed. For example, if you enter Person A, the report will list Rental Item Inspections for Person A, Persons A,B and Persons A,B,C. But if you enter Persons A,B, the report will not list the Rental Item Inspections for Person A.
