Night Audit Preferences

This page briefly describes the Night Audit Preferences setting in the Hotel module. Please refer here for full details.

The Night Audit report is a comprehensive report (in fact, a collection of reports) that you can use to analyse the day's work in the hotel.

The Night Audit Preferences setting allows you to specify the options that will be selected by default in the specification window for the report when it is run a particular user. To this end, you can create a separate record in this setting for each user that will run the report. If the report is run by a user who does not have a record in this setting, every section in the report will be enabled by default.

User

Paste Special    Person register, System module and Global Users register, Technics module

Specify the user whose Night Audit defaults the record will contain by entering their Signature here. You will only be able to enter one record for a particular Person.

When the user specified here produces a Night Audit report, the options that you have selected here will be selected in the report specification window. The user will be able to select different options if necessary before running the report.
