Cancelling a Leave Application

If for some reason you need to cancel a Leave Application, you can do so by opening the Leave Application record and selecting 'Invalidate' from the Record menu (which has a 'cog' icon if you are using iOS or Android). Red lines will be drawn through all the fields in the Leave Application. These red lines will also be shown in the 'Leave Applications: Browse' window.

If you have created Calendar Activities for the leave period specified in the Leave Application using the 'Activities' function on the Create menu (Windows/Mac OS X) or + menu (iOS/Android), these Activities will be invalidated as well.
