Hazard Levels

If your business sells hazardous Items (e.g. chemicals), you can use this setting to display the relevant information on Delivery Notes. Once you have defined your Hazard Levels in this setting, you can assign the appropriate one to each Item using the field on the 'Stock' card of the Item record. You can then ensure this information is printed on Delivery Notes for each Item by including the following fields in your Form design:

Hazard Level Code

Prints the Hazard Level Code of the Item

Hazard Level Comment

Prints the Comment of the Hazard Level

Hazard Level Weight

Prints the Weight of the Item multiplied by the Weight Coefficient of the Hazard Level and then by the Delivery Quantity

Total Hazard Level Weight

Prints an accumulating total Hazard Level Weight

Hazard Level Volume

Prints the Volume of the Item multiplied by the Delivery Quantity

Total Hazard Level Volume

Prints an accumulating total Hazard Level Volume

When you first open the setting, the 'Hazard Levels: Browse' window is displayed, showing all Hazard Levels previously entered. Double-click a record in the list to edit it, or add a new record by clicking the [New] button in the Button Bar.

When the record is complete, save it by clicking the [Save] button in the Button Bar or by clicking the close box and choosing to save changes. To close the record without saving changes, click the close box.
