Varieties and Reports - Stock List

When an Item with Varieties is included in the Stock List report, it will immediately be recognisable because its Item Number will be underlined. This signifies that it has Hansa's Drill-down feature, allowing you to display extra information. This is an example Stock List report (Overview option) showing an Item with Varieties:

Clicking on the Item Number opens the Varieties in Stock report for the Item in question:

This report will be empty if you have not specified a Report Order for the relevant Item on flip B of the Variety Masks setting.

The Varieties in Stock report also has a drill-down feature. Clicking once again on the Item Number opens the Varieties Enquiry report for the Item:

If the original Stock List report was produced using the Detailed option, drilling down produces a more detailed Varieties Enquiry report showing the inward stock transactions for each Variety:

Similar drill-down features providing information at the Variety level can be found in other reports (e.g. Item Statistics).
