Export Format

You can use the 'Automatic' and 'Automatic manual file search' functions to import information to your FirstOffice database. The information to be imported must be placed in a tab delimited text file with the fields in the correct order. This report displays the correct field order for each register.

Specify the View Code of the register you are interested in (or leave the field blank to report on all registers), and click the [Run] button. The field is case sensitive. The View Code is the code given to each register inside the FirstOffice application.
