Update Dept on Asset
The 'Update Dept on Asset' Maintenance function will be useful if you are using the Rental module and your Assets are also Rental Items. It updates the Department information in the
Asset register so that it is the same as the Location information in the Rental Item register. Please refer to the description of this function
here for details.
Before using this function, you can produce an Update Dept on Assets report to preview the Assets whose Departments will be updated.
