The Rental Serial Number Item Status report is a list of Serial Numbered Rental Items showing whether they are currently in rental stock or out on loan. If a Rental Item is out on loan, the Customer and Reservation Number will be shown, and you will be able to open the Reservation by drilling down. Rental Items in which the Current Status is Inactive and Rental Items that are Closed will not be included in the report.

Item: Paste Special Item register; If you need the report to list Rental Items with a particular Item Number, specify that Item Number here.
Item Group: Paste Special Item Group register, Sales Ledger; If you need the report to list Rental Items whose connected Item records belong to a particular Item Group, specify that Item Group here.
