Introduction to Maintenance in the Purchase Ledger

Maintenance functions tend to be used to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. There is one such function available in the Purchase Ledger. To use it, select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the chosen option. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
