Activity Types, Subsystems

It is possible to have an Activity created automatically when you approve and save Customer Letters. This feature is controlled using this setting.

Check the box on the left if you would like Activities to be created automatically when you approve Customer Letters. The new Activities will be given the Activity Type specified on the right.

If you have the Quotations Value Pack, this setting will contain an extra field not shown in the illustration above. This extra field is described here.
