Operations Menu - Delivery - Winedi Export

The 'Winedi Export' function is used in Norway, and will only be visible on the Operations menu (Windows/macOS) or Tools menu (iOS/Android) in the Delivery record window when the VAT Law in the Company Info setting is set to "Norwegian".
