Operations Menu - OK

This command is available on the Operations menu only from the 'Time Sheets: Browse' window. It permits the approving of a Time Sheet and is therefore the equivalent of checking the OK box in a Time Sheet record. You can also select several Time Sheets (hold down the Shift key to select a range of Time Sheets in the list) and approve them all at once. Remember that this action causes Project Transactions to be created for each Time Sheet in the selection and that therefore once it has been carried out you will no longer be able to modify those Time Sheet records.
