When printed to screen, the Stock Out Journal has the HansaWorld Enterprise Drill-down feature. Click on any stock transaction number (e.g. Goods Receipt Number, Stock Movement Number or Stock Depreciation Number) to open the corresponding record.

Period

Paste Special Reporting Periods setting, System module

Enter the start and end dates of the period to be covered by the report.

Location

Paste Special Locations setting, Stock module

Range Reporting Alpha

Enter a Location Code here to limit the report to a specific Location.

Function

Use these options to control the level of detail shown in the report.

Overview: This option produces a report with a single line per transaction, showing transaction type, date and serial number and Customer. In the case of Stock Movements, the To Location is shown in the Customer column.
Detailed: This option shows for each transaction the Items involved together with quantities and values.

Status

Use these options to specify whether approved and/or unapproved transactions are to be included in the report.

Type

Entering records to any of six registers can result in stock levels being decreased: use these options to specify which transactions are to be included in the report.

Show Quantity 2

Use this option to express stock quantities using two different units of measurement. This is only appropriate for Items that have a Unit 2 and a Unit Coefficient specified on the 'Stock' card.
