Restaurant Planning
This page describes the Restaurant Planning report in the Restaurant module.

The Restaurant Planning report is a list of Restaurant Bookings for a particular day or days. The report lists the bookings sorted by date and then by start time.
- Period
- Paste Special
Reporting Periods setting, System module
- Specify the period to be covered by the report. The default is the current date.
- If the period is longer than a single day, each day within the period will be given its own section in the report.
- Customer
- Paste Special
Customers in Contact register
- If you need the report to list the Bookings made by a particular Customer, enter the Contact Number of that Customer here.
- Type
- Paste Special
Restaurant Booking Types setting, Restaurant module
- If you need the report to list Bookings with a particular Booking Type, enter that Booking Type here.
- Function
- Use these options to specify the level of detail that you need to be shown in the report. The two options produce similar reports, with the Detailed option adding the comment/text from each Booking ("Gluten allergy" in the example illustrated below):
