Shutting Down and Backing Up

Remember to make a back-up before shutting Books by HansaWorld down.

To shut Books by HansaWorld down, select 'Quit' from the Books menu (Mac OS X) or the File menu (Windows). You can also use the ⌘-Q (Mac OS X) or Alt-F4 (Windows and Linux) keyboard shortcuts. All open windows will be closed, and you will be asked if you want to keep any changes that have not yet been saved.
