Delete Not Used Items

This function deletes Items that have not been used. This means Items that have not been used in a transaction register such as Invoices, Orders or Productions. Items used in base registers such as Recipes will be deleted.

On selecting the function, the following dialogue box appears:

Leave the fields blank to delete all unused Items, or enter an Item Number (or range of Item Numbers) using 'Paste Special' if necessary to delete specific Items. Alternatively, enter an Item Group (again using 'Paste Special' if necessary) to delete Items belonging to that Group. Then click [Run] in the Button Bar. All unused Items in the selected range are deleted.
