You can use the 'Maintenance' option on the File menu to carry out certain updating tasks, such as creating Purchase Orders from Sales Orders or recalculating Price Lists. When you select the function, a list window will appear, from where you can choose the required option by double-clicking. The options available vary according to the active module.
