Base Currency Rates - Both Systems in Combination

If you are using both the simple conversion and the Dual-Base systems, the Base Currency Rates screen is the same as for the Dual-Base system. In this case, note that you should only use this setting for exchange rates between the two Base Currencies. All other exchange rates should be stored in the Exchange Rate register in the System module.
