- When creating a new Service Stock Transaction, Hansa will enter the next unused number from the first number sequence entered in the Number Series - Service Stock Transactions setting. You may change this number, but not to one that has already been used. If you are working in a multi-user environment, the Transaction Number is assigned when the Service Stock Transaction is saved.

- Employee

- Paste SpecialPerson register, System module

- Enter the initials of the Person responsible for this Service Stock Transaction here. Their name will then appear in the Name field below.

- Name

- The name of the Person responsible for this Service Stock Transaction.

- Service Order No.

- Paste SpecialService Order register, Service Orders module

- Since a Service Stock Transaction represents the movement of repair items in or out of your workshop, each one should be related to a parent Service Order using this field. This field therefore must contain an entry. There is no limit to the number of Service Stock Transactions belonging to each Service Order.

- In the case where the Service Stock Transaction has been generated from a Service Order using the 'Create Service Stock Transaction' Operations menu function, the appropriate Service Order Number will be entered automatically.

- When you are entering a Service Stock Transaction directly to the Service Stock Transaction register, specifying a Service Order Number will cause Item and Customer information to be brought in automatically from the Service Order.
