Reports

In many reports in the Sales, Purchase and Nominal Ledgers and in the Stock module, you can specify that values in the report will be shown in their original Currency or that they will be converted to your home Currency (Base Currency 1). For example, the Sales Ledger report is a list of each Customer's outstanding Invoices.

If you select "Currency" as the Amount option, outstanding values will be shown in their original Currencies as in the report below.

If you select "Base Currency 1" as the Amount option, outstanding values will be shown in your home Currency:

If you are using the Dual-Base system, you can produce every report in the Nominal Ledger using either Base Currency. The specification window for each report contains options that allow you to make this choice can be made (shown is the specification window for the Trial Balance):

Use the Values In options to choose which Base Currency is to be used in the report.
