Quotations

This page describes the Quotations form in the Quotations module.

The Quotations form allows you to print Quotations in batches.

You can also print an individual Quotation by opening the record and clicking the Printer icon (Windows/Mac OS X) or selecting 'Print' from the File menu (all platforms). To print a Quotation to screen, click the Preview icon (Windows/Mac OS X only).

Range Reporting    Numeric

Enter a Quotation Number to print a single Quotation, or a range of Quotation Numbers separated by a colon (:). You must enter a Quotation Number or range of Quotation Numbers: if you leave this field empty, no documents will be printed.
