Specification Window

Specification windows allow you to specify the contents of a report or form, or how a Maintenance function is to operate. A specification window will usually appear after you have selected an option in a list window. Once you have entered the report criteria or specified how the Maintenance function is to behave, click [Run]. The example below shows the specification window for the Transaction Journal report.
