Printing Loyalty Card Statements

If you need to see how the points balance on a particular Loyalty Card has been calculated, you can produce a Loyalty Card Statement for that Card. This report is in the POS and Restaurant modules. The Detailed version of the report will list every transaction from the report period that contributed to the points balance:

In this example, points were earned on three Sales Ledger Invoices. Some of these points were redeemed against POS Invoice 9002, which also earned more points.
