Mass Emailing
Use this function to update the No Mass Letters and No Mass Emailing options in
Contact records.
- Customers
- Paste Special
Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons in Contact register
- Range Reporting Alpha
- Specify here the Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons that are to be affected by the function.
- Set for Customers
- You must check this box if the function is to have any effect.
- No Mass Letters
- If you check this box, the No Mass Letters box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be checked when you run this function. If you do not check this box, the No Mass Letters box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be unchecked.
- No Mass Emailing
- If you check this box, the No Mass Emailing box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be checked when you run this function. If you do not check this box, the No Mass Emailing box in the selected Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons will be unchecked.
