Introduction to the Person Register

This register holds information about Persons, i.e. users, employees, sales persons etc. It can be used as part of your Hansa security system: each Person can be given their own password. Once a single record has been entered to the register, starting Hansa will require the entry of a Person's initials and, if appropriate, a password. However, if the Person register contains a blank record, the password and logging on window will not appear.
