Introduction to Maintenance in the Quotations Module

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. There is one such function available in the Quotations module. To use it, select 'Routines' from the Master Control and 'Maintenance' from the Routines Window. The following window appears:

Double-click the item in the list. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
