File Menu - Print

The 'Print' function is available on the File menu when the active (top) window on the screen contains something that can be printed directly (a screen report or a record that has a connected form).

When you select 'Print' or use the Ctrl-P/⌘-P keyboard shortcut, the record or the report will be printed directly to the selected printer.

An alternative to using this menu item is to click the Printer icon in the Button Bar of the active window.
