There are several settings concerned with Customers, Suppliers and Contact Persons:

• Customer Categories;
  

• Classification Types;
  

• Contact Classifications;
  

• Contact Settings;
  

• Info on Customer Status Report;
  

• Info on Supplier Status Report;
  

• Job Descriptions;
  

• Supplier Categories; and
  

• User Defined Fields - Contacts.

Some of these settings require the CRM module to be present.
