Introduction to Maintenance in the Sales Orders Module

Maintenance functions allow you to carry out certain updating tasks, usually involving batch processing and encompassing all or many of the records in the affected register. To use any of these functions in the Sales Orders module, first select 'Maintenance' from the File menu. The following window appears:

Double-click the chosen option. A specification window will then appear, where you can decide how the function is to operate. Click [Run] to operate the function.
