Introduction to Settings in the Consolidation Module

The Consolidation module contains the following settings:

To edit a setting when you are using Windows or macOS, ensure you are in the Consolidation module using the [Switch Module] button in the Navigation Centre and click the [Settings] button, also in the Navigation Centre. You can also use the Ctrl-S (Windows) or ⌘-S (macOS) keyboard shortcut. The 'Settings' list window shown above will appear. Double-click the item in the list that you need.
To edit a setting when you are using iOS or Android, ensure you are in the Sales Ledger using the [Switch Module] button in the Navigation Centre. Select 'Settings' from the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon). A list similar to the one shown above appears. Then, tap the item that you need in the list.

Configure the Daughter Companies setting while working in the Mother Company, and in any Daughter Companies that have their own Daughters. Configure the Consolidation Settings setting in all Companies. To switch between Mother and Daughter Companies, use the [Companies] button in the Navigation Centre. Providing you have specified a Short Code for each Company in the Company register, the title bar of the Navigation Centre will provide a reminder of the Company you are currently working in.
