Room Classification Types

This page describes the Room Classification Types setting in the Hotel module.

Room Classification Types allow you to divide Room Classifications into groups.

To open the Room Classification Types setting, first ensure you are in the Hotel module. Then, if you are using Windows or macOS, click the [Settings] button in the Navigation Centre or use the Ctrl-S/⌘-S keyboard shortcuts and then double-click 'Room Classification Types' in the resulting list. If you are using iOS or Android, select 'Settings' from the Tools menu (with 'wrench' icon) and tap 'Room Classification Types' in the 'Settings' list.

The 'Room Classification Types: Browse' window will open, listing the Room Classification Types that you have already entered. To enter a new Room Classification Type, select 'New' from the Create menu (Windows/macOS) or the + menu (iOS/Android). The 'Room Classification Type: New' window appears: enter a Code and a Comment and click [Save] (Windows/macOS) or tap √ (iOS/Android) to save the new record.
