Entering a Purchase Order Contract - Del. Address Card

This page describes the fields on the 'Del. Address' card of the Purchase Order Contract record. Please follow the links below for descriptions of the other cards:

Location

Paste Special    Locations setting, Stock module

The stock Location to which you want the Items on the Purchase Order Contract to be delivered. This will be used as a default in any Purchase Orders created from the Purchase Order Contract.

Delivery Address

Default taken from    Location

The address to which delivery is to be made.

When you print a Purchase Order Contract, the Ordering and Delivery Addresses will be printed in different fields ("Address" and "Delivery Address" respectively). So, if these addresses are likely to be different, be sure to include both fields in your Form Template design.
