E-Mail Queue List

This report is a list of the contents of the E-Mail Queue. This contains outgoing external mail that is waiting to be sent and that has been sent.

For each item of external mail, the report shows the sender, the date and time the Mail was saved, the date and time it was placed in the E-Mail Queue and an indication of whether the external mail has been sent.

User

Paste Special    Person register, System module

Enter the initials of the Person whose outgoing external mail is to be listed in the report. If you do not specify a User, the report will list external mail sent by everybody in your system.

Function

Use these options to choose whether the report is to list mail that has been sent, mail that has not been sent or both.
