Introduction to Settings in the Consolidation Module

The Consolidation module contains the following settings:

To edit a setting, ensure you are in the Consolidation module using the Modules menu and click the [Settings] button in the Master Control panel or select 'Settings' from the File menu. The list shown above appears. Then, double-click the relevant item in the list.

Configure the Daughter Companies setting in the Mother Company, and in any Daughter Companies that have their own Daughters. Configure the Consolidation Settings setting in all Companies. To switch between Mother and Daughter Companies, use the 'Company' function on the File menu. Providing you have defined the Company register in an appropriate fashion (i.e. including a Short Code), the title bar of the Master Control panel will provide a reminder of the Company you are currently working in.
