Search for Contact Person
You can use the Search for Contact Person report to search for Contacts containing a certain word or phrase. You can search for any kind of Contact e.g. Customers and Suppliers as well as Contact Persons.
When printed to screen, the Search for Contact Person report has the Standard ERP Drill-down feature. Click (Windows/Mac OS X) or tap (iOS/Android) on any Contact Number to open an individual Contact record.
- Search for
- Enter here the string (e.g. part of a Contact Number or Name) that you are looking for. You must make an entry in this field, otherwise no search will be carried out.
- Search In
- Specify the field in which you want to search.
When you press the [Run] button, the report will list the results of the search:
