Introduction to Customer Letter Settings

Settings concerned with Customer Letters are located in the Contact module. To access them, use the [Module] button in the Master Control panel to ensure you are in this module and then click the [Settings] button, also in the Master Control panel. The 'Settings' list opens, listing the settings to be found in the Contact module:

To work with a particular setting, double-click the relevant item in the list.
