Introduction to Mail
Hansa's Mail facilities allow users in multi-user systems to:
- send Mail to other users in your Hansa system, with or without attached files or Hansa records;
- send Mail to Conferences, where it can be read by every user (subject to access restrictions);
- update Mail that has been sent by other users;
- send and receive e-mail (electronic mail is also termed "External Mail" in these web pages, signifying that its original source or final destination is outside the Hansa Mail system); and
- chat with other users.
