The Report Window - Drill-down

Many reports include a drill-down feature when you print them to screen. For example, in Standard Accounts, if you have a Profit & Loss statement on the screen, you can click on any Account Number in the report. Subject to you having the necessary access rights, the Nominal Ledger report for the same Account and period will be opened in a separate window, listing the Transactions that contribute to the Account balance on the P&L statement. If you then click on one of the Transaction Numbers in the Nominal Ledger report, the Transaction record will open, showing all the details recorded for the event. This example is illustrated below:
