Operations Menu - Open GL Transaction

When you approve and save a Purchase Invoice, a General Ledger Transaction will be created. This function allows you to view that Transaction.

On selecting the function, the Transaction will be opened in a new window.

In multi-user systems, you can use Access Groups to control who can open Transactions from Purchase Invoices. To do this, deny access to the 'Open Transactions from Operations Menu' Action or to the General Ledger altogether.
