File Menu - Maintenance

You can use the 'Maintenance' option on the File menu to carry out certain updating tasks, such as the updating of Items' prices or creating Invoices for interest on late payment. When you select the function, a list window will appear, from where you can choose the required option by double-clicking. The options available vary according to the active module. Maintenance functions are described individually in the appropriate sections of these web pages.
