Receipt Forms

The Receipt Form is a document that can be used if you need a hard copy of each Receipt for your records. If a Receipt contains more than one payment, these will be printed on the same form if they are from the same Customer.

Range Reporting    Numeric
Enter a Receipt Number print a single Receipt, or a range of Receipt Numbers, separating the first and last number with a colon (:).

Cheque No.
Use this field to print a Receipt with a particular cheque number, perhaps to see if that cheque has been received.

Status
You can choose to print previously unprinted Receipts in the chosen range, or all Receipts.
